To look around we sure could be shaken with what seems to be the beginning of shaking of all that can be shaken in order to usher in Christ's unmovable eternal kingdom. But thank the Lord that no matter what mounts up against us we -- the blood-washed, the holy, the church of Christ -- are being carried in God's ark of safety just like Noah was carried and though lightning flash and thunder roll and though the ark we are in tremble and some even fall away from the ark, we look up with joy knowing that our day of hope and redemption draweth nigh. We sure are living in tumultuous and perilous days, yet they are exciting for we know that God is working out His plan and we get to witness it. Those who will be kept by the power of God will be those who build themselves up in the most holy faith by praying in the Holy Ghost. (Jude 1:20) Oh, let's bring others into this ark of safety.
Hebrews 12:25b - 29 ...him that speaketh from heaven: Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire.
