*I LOVE coffee*
As you can already see I do love coffee. Here in Colombia people start drinking coffee when they are Elijah's age and I wish that the people in the USA did that because I love it. Now I don't drink a 4 gallon thing of ice coffee every day. I limit myself to about two times a week. Here is a little acrostic I wrote about coffee.

I guess living in a coffee-producing country is perfect for a coffee-lover like you! I don't really like coffee, but I'd like to share with you a recipe for a homemade version of a McDonald's Caramel Frappe. I've been making it a lot this summer.
In a blender:
1/2 cup milk
2 scant spoonfuls of sugar (maybe 1/2 TB?)
1/2 tsp. caramel syrup (I just give about 1/2 squeeze of syrup right into the blender)
8 ice cubes
Blend until ice is mostly crushed. Pour mixture into a glass, leaving at least 1/2 inch space at top. Spray in whipped topping. Drizzle with caramel syrup.
This makes about 16 oz, so I use a large glass.
Do you have a blender? I've crushed ice before with a ziplock bag and a rolling pin.

I see from your Blueberry Kiss post that you must have a blender!
I can't believe I left out the coffee out of the frappe recipe! After the milk, add 1 tsp. instant coffee granules.
